At Health 2 Retail Ltd, we pride ourselves in providing you with the best quality products. However, should you feel that you are not happy with the product then we will accept returns up to 30 days after delivery date. However there are some exclusions to this policy (see below).
Using the tracking number provided your can trace your item. If it says it has been delivered a copy of the signature and name of the recipient will be available. You can check this via the following link: http://www.postoffice.co.uk/track-trace
If an attempted delivery has been made and there was no one at home, usually a card will be left. You have to collect it from the sorting office, identification may be required. Alternatively, you can arrange a re delivery by visiting: http://www.royalmail.com/personal/receiving-mail/redelivery
If the parcel shows dispatched please give up to 14 days before reporting it as missing. This is a requirement by Royal Mail and not ourselves.
If you have still not received it after 14 days please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org giving your delivery details and receipt number usually starts with #shopify.
We want all our customers to receive their products as fast as possible. We check all the delivery addresses against the postcodes and Paypal details. If we have not received omplete or incorrect addresses we will email the purchaser before dispatch.
Purchases will not be dispatched to incomplete or incorrect postal addresses.
